Very uneducated leadership, run the business like children.

There is a nice lunch room.

Incompetent leaders. No music. Barely ever get 40 hours a week because of part shortages. The CEO was supposed to come yesterday and the place looked terrible. Trash everywhere. I’m actually embarrassed to be a part of this team. No mention of increasing pay or even a performance review in well over a year now. Nobody every gets the referral bonus either.

Management in Charlotte should resign. They chose people who act like teenagers in their decision making. Anyone with any good leadership training would have a hard time watching this circus every day. Everyone that works there absolutely hates it and that makes it worse. Nobody is happy there. Pay is comparable to fast food.

If you looking for a place that’s like Highschool this is the company for you. From the unprofessionalism to the poor attitudes. This company has it all.

HR, lack of communication, and favoritism. If you work 3rd shift good luck trying to get into touch with HR. Then when you finally do your told they will call you with the information that’s needed. Then proceed to call while your sleeping and leave a non informative voicemail. They will choose and side with employees that they are friends with or can produce trucks faster. The communication is poor as well. They have no respect for your time.
