I use biometrics to avoid memorizing complex passwords. Every update I have to reset me password, and it always at an inconvenient time. 2) Have the ability to include additional coverages when requesting a COI. I have to bug my agent for a COI every time I go to rent equipment. Being able to get that through the app would save so much time.
