For me, in the beginning it was a good job. Then managers changed and the job started to suck. We lost people in the group and when Covid was in full swing my role changed. They burnt me out, I was always on call and the job wasnât fun.

There are many great people at SXM but we also have our share of those who can get by and even get promoted doing the minimum or even screwing up. For most of my tenure I was lucky enough to have an incredible manager and coworkers but management made changes to the organization and ruined my job satisfaction.

Great compensation including bonus and stock (if eligible), Good benefits, Really trying to provide a more inclusive environment.

Decisions made by executives are without understanding of what is required, or how it will impact the employees, Executive inability to say no when work has exceeded the capacity of resources.

Never a nice paid for lunch in 3 1/2 years, no production support. Contradictory management requests. Just a terrible company if you want to feel appreciated and their pay scales are typically below market for most positions.

Fun place to work. Met dedicated people who work there. They had a Cafe in the building for breakfast and lunch. You had 1 hr for lunch and 15min grace for being late for work.
