Bonuses are decent when we get them. Company really needs improvement in management. Supervisors are scared to tell employees to do their job and don’t care to help anyone get better or to better themselves. Training is the worst I’ve ever had in my career. Everybody half trains and doesn’t give their tips and tricks. Nobody likes to help you when you don’t know what you’re doing or when you need help. Supervisors are more like babysitters than supervisors. Very stressful Great start and noble industry. Worst culture. 12 hour days. No work life balance as a salary individual. Management and teams change so often that culture suffers. Everything turns into a punative discussion where blame and sticks are used to move the work force. Training is rushed and production managers have a very high turnover, almost 100% a year.
