Salliemae is good and benefits. The managers suck!!! They don’t care about the employees at all will fire you without warning of anything “you did” They are never ONE it’s always something different about one thing. Managers don’t know anything better off asking a co worker

Fun if you don’t mind being just a number
|
It was nice when I started. Told I would have a lot of chances for development. Shortly after getting settled in, I realized that actually wasn’t the case. Meetings would be placed at the most random time during the day and once we returned to the office, was chaotic getting into work. Good job for someone who wants to grow their career path slowly

Great place to work until you struggle-little coaching and unrealistic collection goals. Early delinquency teams are easier in later delinquencies the competition and account theft is outrageous

Working at Sallie Mae was a good experience. Peak season was a lot , back to back calls. Management was helpful & supportive. I don’t really have anything else to say about them

Good pay but mentally taxing job
|
They pay you well if you are willing to put in the work. If you can deal with difficult customers on the daily, this could be a good place for you. You have support if you need it for the most part but the job can be mentally exhausting.
