Terrible Deadlines and Unclear Future Due to Little Communication from the Management

I liked helping the customers. It was the only source of positivity for me at Sharps Compliance. Nothing else seemed positive.

You don't have any idea what fear of deadlines is until you have worked at Sharps Compliance. The stress of ensuring every deadline is met is awful. It pushes employees to work brutal and exhausting hours with minimal breaks. Also, the top management is terrible at communicating about the future. So, you will live with uncertainty about your future at the company. It can be scary too. Beware!

The pressure I've experienced with this job was incredibly terrible and caused me a lot of stress!! Then we have the manager who constantly harasses us to keep our performance to the highest standards is driving everyone insane!!

There's really no pros here. The pay is average, the hours are average, and everything else is terrible.

Employees are forced to take on multiple roles, more than they can possibly handle. The huge workload places a lot of pressure, and causes a lot of stress. To be honest, there isn't really anything that Sharps Compliance offers that makes it worth putting up with the job, so I left.

Appearance wise the company looks nice from the outside looking in.

Where to begin? This is a job that I was excited to start, but slowly broke me down to the point where I was experiencing medical issues due to the stress that the poor management caused the staff. They promote people who are not ready causing others to be punished. The stress of being so overworked LITERALLY gave me shingles and if there is such a thing as "workplace PTSD," I'd have it. If you care about your sanity at all I would highly recommended staying away from here.

This is a company I am totally embarrassed to work for on so many levels. Work life balance sucks, workload is impossible, you are set up to fail. Management are two faced and do as I say not as I do. You can't openly discuss issues, it's looked down on. Super toxic environment. Just avoid this place at all costs or until you find another job. There are so many red flags about Sharps Compliance.

Sharps Compliance is a very exhausting place to work in. The management forces us employees to multitask and work on entirely different things at the same time. Role creep also happens here because our managers will sometimes order us to do some tasks that are outside of our job descriptions. Think twice before accepting an offer here.
