Only a few weeks after joining this company, I realized that the fieldwork was not for me. I had to commute a lot and felt disconnected from the other members. I prefer working in an office. Will never join this company again!

Working here is ok. Ppl are nice. Upper mgmt has changed n with change comes authorization crisis.. some ppl dont know company or how to manage. Sink or swim.. alot of ppl who dont know what they are doing. Revapping is needed.

The favoritism in upper management in the company needs to be addressed from the CEO on down.
|
The company overall is not a bad place to work. There are some very nice people at this company, until you get to upper management.
The favoritism and terminations for no apparent reason need to be addressed. You don't want to work here if you have an opinion and voice it. You might offend the wrong person and be let go the next day for trying to make the department you work in run more effective and efficiently.
