Great place to work and was a fast pace environment.

I worked at a semtech warehouse in London Ontario that was located on Highbury ave. The reason I left was the location closed. I only worked there for three months before the location closed and only a few people from the team moved to the other location.

Politics run very strong in this company!!
Finger pointing on each other, like to play blame games at director level. Pretty much toxic environment. Respect yourself and work elsewhere where your innovative mind and out of the box thinking is respected. Much work and aggravation for such little pay.

Bad management & highly political. No leadership. Values by title : not aware and not listening to employees below Director levels. Massive layoff everywhere. The situation is chaotic since they bought Sierra Wireless. All SW management took over Semtech.
Tips : if you respect yourself, leave that company !

With the exception of a few, everybody is for themselves. Management is bad.
|
Don't give up your job and come work here. You start out as a temp, they evaluate after every month for first 3 months with HR and nitpick you on petty things. Engineering management is absolutely horrible. Production management so-so.
