Great Pay, phenomenal office workplace environment with many “extra curricular” perks. Good opportunity for career growth; However, with non stop acquisitions, leadership is constantly changing and an organizational nightmare ensues while multiple orgs and teams are attempted to merge with one another resulting in unclear responsibilities, duties, boundaries, and overall direction.

Tech Pubs' team of writers are very supportive of each other. You can reach out to anyone if you need help. My managers were approachable and helped when needed. Product engineers are quite busy, so getting decent time was hard to discuss projects.

High Turnover rate, lack of people

Work was great for experience at an entry-level, in the sense that you get introduced to the full workload pretty quickly.
That was of course at the expense of feeling like you were doing too much work for your pay-grade.
Pay was also a bit low until it got bumped up a few times to the point where we were just about at industry standard or just below.
Work was pretty stressful with how most people seemed overworked, but beyond that everybody was really friendly and easy to talk to for advice.

Changing management means less job security. Performance is solely based on output and does not consider other important factors such as researching if significant findings aren't found. Not much consideration for life circumstances from upper management even though lower-level management does. Fair pay, but high output expectations. Job culture is changing negatively and many are questioning their job security.
