I liked working at Sonos as a Recruiter. But when I had mental health challenges after a year, an inexperienced manager was not sensitive to my needs and I had no choice but to leave.

Fun and games after hours but work HARD during hiurs
|
As CS rep you had to keep a high approval rating above 90%. No loyalty from the company who it came to layoff. In 4 years I went through 3 layoffs. Always worried if I was going to let go do to low approval numbers if dropped under 85%!

It is hard to get promoted. The co-workers are nice, but turn over rate is high. Some get laid off, and some resign. It review performance quite often
