Management is absent. The workers control everything. Rampant drama. Pay is low. Union is useless. Mold in the break room. No consequences for anything which sounds nice until you have a legitimate issue.

This was a fun job.. the pay sucks

I worked here for over 4+ Months before I just couldn't afford rent. The culture is amazing, the people are so cool and helpful, and the management is probably the most cohesive team and really honestly such a dream team. But the pay SUCKED and the tips started to dive as soon as we got more people hired.
