Most of the supervisors were really rude minus three. The people are really fake and If your not a snobby rich person with money they will judge you for everything and anything.

Confidence through training
|
Its kind of nice when a cust calls in upset &/or worried about something & Im able to quickly resolve the issue because I have enough training to know my way around the system & the knowledge of the company to help with confidence. It feels good when you can have an angry cust leave the call thankful & relieved.
I think the most frustrating issue we have is the new agents needing more training before being put on the floor.

Productive, fun break activities.

My typical day is me sitting at my desk taking calls for all over the states, we get people everywhere which is really cool if you think about it cause they all love to talk about there lives. My job is more then just 1 company I do many companies and enjoy all of them. We also have so many things that you can see and look at. I do returns and all kinds of other things. I have been working here going on 3 years, and I really enjoy what this job offers. It teaches you a lot of different things and you can eventually apply for higher roles. One of my favorite things are how carrying they are, as long as you talk to them about stuff they will do there best to get you days off that you need. If you lose someone in your family they make sure to do what they can.

We have food trucks come all the time, ping pong table, vending machines and we also get popcorn.
|
Not really any cons, we do a lot of sitting so that's they only thing you might not enjoy, but this is a great job.

Sundays are my favorite days to work. I have learned about patience and working with other people and asking questions when i need to know something. the most enjoyable part of this job is when the customers are nice to you and are understanding. the hardest part is when customers are being rude and I have to listen to it and not speak up.
