Had good managers. Was paid regularly. Learned that I really don't like phone work. Strict phone status oversight. Depending on line of business, work could vary from very stressful to very relaxed. Expectations kept increasing over time, yet pay stayed the same. Bonuses based on performance were nice. PTO was good if you were hired before they cut in half starting with hire date. Some managers were receptive to work/life balance or feedback others not at all. Schedules were assigned based on performance. Some metrics were realistic others not. Communication was mostly below average overall. There were some great people who were balancing out most of the negatives.
