The only downside is that they do not necessarily give a raise. The onboarding process for projects definitely does not help either considering there's so many steps and procedures before completing a project. Working with other departments across SPS sometimes sales messes up and gives false promises to the vendor only for them to get upset at you the consultant. Overall, SPS is an alright company. I was told they need to see if the job would allow me to get a raise lmao. I'm no longer employed there after they told me that. The pay for the amount of work you do (10 projects a day) feels very little especially with how confusing the onboarding process was. My manager was not the greatest and struggled being a good lead.
