Would not recommend. The morale is always low and the turn over rate is very high for hourly and management employees. Long working hours with mandatory weekend work. Please stay away.

Avoid this place like the plague.
|
If you're a fan of incredibly toxic work environments, this place is for you. If you enjoy working with entitled hypocritical brats who constantly complain about everyone else, this place is for you. The CEO is dragging this place to the ground fast and there is no future there. The guys you'll work with every day are absolute punks and the worst guys I've ever worked with. They're lazy, entitled, always in a bad mood and I'm not sure if it's because of their home life or if they're just naturally miserable people, but they'll bring it to work every day and you'll have to be around it.
Management is not on site, so it's out of sight, out of mind for them. There's zero accountability amongst this company and it's just the absolute worst work environment I've ever been a part of.
Absolutely avoid this place at all cost.

A typical day is boring and learn nothing new. Dull and routine. The only hard is lifting heavy bags of flour or sugar. I don't enjoy any aspect of the. Management is unaware of what this job entails.
There is no appreciation for the effort put forth. Lip service is all you get "Oh good job" that does not put food on my table.

The hourly pay was very competitive regarding the area

The hours. The bosses. The working conditions. 35° and less in the winter, up to 110°in the winter. No heat. No air conditioner

Stressful. Political. This is a gritty, fast paced job that is not for the faint of heart

Stericyle in Fresno was awesome, in Butte Mt it was horrible
|
Have a quick check in with my supervisor in the morning, My job consists of swaping trailers at the compactor, and going to the landfill 5 days a week, in my downtime i did everything from loading trailers to picking up waste at hospitals. The crew in Fresno Ca was like family to me, it was an awesome place to work, The faculity in Butte Mt treated me like trash everyday, they felt that i was a threat to their good old boy mentality. It really doesent matter to me anymore because i have since retired.
