Their recruiters lie about compensation to trap people into working here. It happened to myself and another person in my training class. I didn't even make it out of training because I left the minute I was told that I had been lied to about how I was being paid. They make you attend a lot of interviews for very low pay compared to what companies who do the same stuff pay. They make you be on camera constantly and it's overkill. They are horribly disorganized. I stayed in training for over 3 weeks and I learned nothing because most of the training modules didn't even work. The people running the training greet you in the morning and leave you to "self guided learning" where almost none of the modules/courses can open/work. When you ask them for help they do literally nothing and then expect you to complete a test in order to even get out of training. How is someone supposed to sell a product that they haven't even learned about? Very crooked company and I left before it could get even worse. Maybe record these interviews so you can keep your recruiters accountable since they have a lying problem. Your HR team is pretty bad too. In my exit interview the staff member told me I couldn't talk about my issues with the place and told me to fill out a form. I came to the exit interview to figure out why you have lying recruiters....???
