When you advertise entry level finance jobs make sure the requirements are entry level. I have been told by the hiring department that my degree doesn’t hold any value (it’s in financial planning) for these positions I have applied to to try to move up. Also don’t make a long video filmed in your multimillion dollar living room about how much profit the company made during the holiday season and then not provide Christmas bonuses.
