You have a job and it becomes your life

This is not a feedback for the culture at the company. Just avoid working under Surindra Mann if you have a life other than work. Expects to be working 12 hrs minimum a day. There's always budget projects. Coming from a spouse who sees how her employee has to choose work over family life. Missing out on events etc. She expects you to be available 8 to 5 everyday. You'll get reprimanded for picking up your kids. Then the next day she'll be calling you at 630PM to talk about work. WTF?

-Fair compensation -Free Eye Insurance

- Lack of accountability - Improper training - Discrimination - Extremely high turn over (Saw 4 people who were with the company for a while quit in a span of 3 months) - Disingenuous during interview process - It does not matter how you do the test as long as the results are going to help release product. I do not recommend working here if you are new to the industry there are terrible practices that you do not want to build your foundational skills from. HR did not offer to do an exit interview and handled my resignation unprofessionally. You could be reported to HR a dozen times and still keep your job. Overall, the QC department treats employees poorly with little to no support.
