Efficiency and convenience are not priority here. Management is not interested in improving customer experience and then they complain of not being able to meet their deposit goals. Saw a lot of customers close their accounts due to lack of convenience. Procedures make customers jump through hoops to get something simple done. This bank makes things difficult which should not be. Working here made me feel like I was back in the year 2000, technology used here is outdated, specially at the branches. Pay is bad for the amount of work. It is frustrating to see the amount of potential this bank has but it is being wasted by the lack of interest in innovation and improvement. I found some policies unethical that force customers who seek more convenience to open a product they don’t want/need. Management is full of people who just want to do the bare minimum amount of work to keep their job. Friendly coworkers, awesome people. Retail banking is sales and it can be challenging to meet the goals. If you meet the goals, your job is a piece of cake! Staffing is a huge issue and nothing gets done about it.
