Great cultural, benefits was great, I’m sure management have their favorites, if your not one of them, one mistake and you’re out no no warning just out. Other than lack of job security the great thing about the company was the unlimited PTO.

Horrible work environment
|
I came to this company with high optimism. The work culture is horrible. Management is always bickering among themselves and with employees that report to them or not. I have seen employees walk out of meetings in tears over voicing their opinions. This is referred to as "radical transparency" but it is simply an opportunity to belittle employees. The pay is very poor and production requirements are impossible. The front line employees are friendly to one another but live in constant fear of upper management. I wonder how the company will survive as they are growing in states no carrier chooses to operate. If you work here plan to work in fear everyday.

Current leadership is garbage - closet elitists...

It used to be a fantastic company. The current leadership is big on talk and short on results - especially with their worthless rating system. Claims is the only worthwhile department. CEO making $6MM and can't get the rater to work. It's absurd. The employees (non c-suite) suffer. They limit "associates" to 3% raises and the CEO takes 15% "because the board gave it to him". THERE'S LEADING BY EXAMPLE - or not. Closet elitist. SO SAD.

People who work most of OT when asked, are not appreciated. What is team work? Who encourages team? I believed it starts with the manager, as an example. I’ll leave now.

Overall a decent place to work
|
However, I happened to work for a mgr that for some reason didn’t treat me fairly and did not give me good reviews, even though I got along with everyone, was very knowledgeable, always had great audits, etc I even always had great reviews for the other mgrs that I worked for. But after working there 8 years I had to go out for hip replacement surgery and she replaced my position before I was released from med leave to return to work. I was on approved leave and used time I had available and the company was not in a dire situation that I had to be replaced. I was notified at the beginning of Dec of their decision and I was due to come back the first week of Jan...really!

Managers fail to coach and do not follow the "culture" that is to be followed, as set forth by the CEO. Managers require more than normal hours and give minimal notice.

Great Company --- Not a Great Job!

The company is great when it comes to time off and holidays. The pay is good, but does not always match the amount of stress and complaints from the agents & customers you have to put up with. They track everything you do, or don't do, through an adherence program. Everything is scheduled daily for you, even bathroom breaks. Managers are just okay. At times, the expectations from the employees do not match what you can expect from them. The company is changing and growing so fast, they cannot keep up with the customer demands and quality customer service reps. High turnover has increased in the last 6 months. They have cut training for the customer service reps in half and pretty much throw them to the wolves. The leads/supervisors are available through IM and they do not want you to get up from your desk to get help or rely on your counterparts for help.
