Communicates with assigned agents on underwriting issues including, but not limited to, decisions on cancellations, declinations, exposure concerns and survey results.    Further cultivates working relationships with the Farm &amp; Ranch product and underwriting specialists, Farm &amp; Ranch sales territory managers, business analysts, risk engineering specialists, Farm &amp; Ranch CARE team, and other State Auto associates as needed to best service our agency force. </p></li><li><p>Continues to improve personal knowledge and practices of the insurance industry through work experience, in-house instruction, industry courses, seminars and workshops.</p></li></ul><p>​​​</p><p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p><p></p><p><u>Minimum Experience/Education</u> </p><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
