The team members were all a friendly bunch of lads who also made me feel welcome, the stores had everything that was needed for every single project I was set & the lay down area was always full of plpes, manhole rings etc. Health & safety was a priority to the management & we were supplied with anything that was needed to complete the task safely.. Wadsworth Construction Laborer Draper, UT USA Unreliable and bad managment The management at this company has bad communication skills with their employees when they have a job that they are getting ready to pave they don't have scheduled paves they expect you to come in with 20 minute notice. When they say they are going to train you or give you raises after so long its a lie they don't give you raises like they say they will and when it comes to training they just expect you to know everything. I hurt my back at this company and when I went to a doctor out of network they told me what was actually wrong and when I told my supervisor and safety guy they told me they won't cover any of the bills and that they want me to go to their doctor and when I went to their doctor they tried telling me it was just a strain on my back then when I brought up what another doctor told me they got me set up for a xray and then changed what they originally told me. Then when I went back to work they cut my hours and told me to go to a different crew when I was put on light duties. This company is a bad company to work for they don't care for their employees whatsoever. They work you extreme hours and expect you not to have days off or family time.
