It was not a totally bad experience. There are not many pros to mention. I am definitely glad to no longer be employed there as Avelead is a really bad choice. You could have picked any other company in the entire US that would have been a better choice.

Acquiring Avelead just tarnished your company to where it will not recover. Someone really dropped the ball. You just needed to ask their previous employees about the company to know everything that would have prevented this decision. This is going to take a lot of work and PR to remove the tarnish.
