The position that I had was a coach and I was working remotely. My supervisors were extremely understanding and helpful. The pay is not great and I was only getting paid $10.50 while doing some supervisor duties.

I still missing that job the only reason I left it is because I have to move to USA

Back then was traveling in places that wasn't secure when I was going back home at midnight.

I believe that everyone was focus in their goals. There are escenarios complected that with some help from your supervisor will be able to solve. Some they will other.. eh.

It was kind of repeating step with a difference that every costumer has different issues and solutions

They fire individuals at the first slip-up, typically so they avoid having to pay benefits once 90 days kick in. Management can be anywhere in the country and training is at inconvenient times.

Training was paid the same as Transition and Production
|
Poor starting schedule, no way to adjust before you get fired for anything prior to hitting 90 days.
