no pros currently. Earlier used to be a nice company but not now. Still offers nice employee benefits to US people but not in India.

Pathetic culture in India.
No work life balance for India employees.
Tech stack is back dated for java developers(They still use php).
Above all pathetic management, nobody has any clue and this company has no direction at all. Finances are constantly down and firing employees(Who do the actual work!) is the only solution for them whereas managers are just having fun! Possibly this company would be sold to some bigger player.

Unfortunately, the company has experienced a significant decline in recent times, with a noticeable reduction in both workforce and innovation. The product hasn't seen any substantial improvements, and it's disheartening to witness what seems like a slow death of the company. While there may have been promising moments in the past, the current state of the company leaves much to be desired.
