Everyone starts at the same level in a training environment, which not everyone will pass. (it is not hard to pass, but you must do the reading and study) Those who pass have the opportunity to prepare tax returns. Those individuals that are efficient and accurate will be the ones that you will mainly see on the schedule. When tax season slows, many are not scheduled often, with the exception of those who excelled and the managers of course. A lot will also depend on your availability. I would give it a 0 if I could. Franchisee neglected to pay me the last few weeks I was there. 3 years later he has still not deposited my Social Security into the general fund. Overtime was never calculated and compensated properly. Half the time the power or the internet was turned off for non payment. Corporate did nothing. Horrible place to work. The owner was was very thorough in our training. Company payed for our licenses. We were required to take all them based on our knowledge and from what we learned and read. For the most part the business was run very well.
