They never promote within, they always pay newly hired employees much more than their tenniere employees. No one really ever knows what's going on because everyone lies so much and has terrible communication. They love to hire from Wells Fargo and those employees are made to feel superior over the rest. Their health insurance is so expensive! They are always changing things for their customers and their systems are awful! So, if you want to work for a company that can care less about you, where promotion is almost unheard of and uppermangement lies to you and are so fake. It is a collaborative event in which we discuss the goals and activities we are going to engage in to meet those goals. After that I meet one on one with each of my team members to coach and help them overcome any obstacles they may be having that are getting in the way of their growth and success. Throughout the day I check in with my team periodically and do on the spot coaching. Once a week I meet with each of my team members to work on their Career Path Plan. All of my team members have aspirations to be the best version of themselves and also to move forward in their careers. The most enjoyable part of my job is being a true inspirational leader to my team and helping them grow. I am a developer and individualizer by nature an as such this brings me an immense amount of satisfaction. I also enjoy building meaningful relationships with my customers that are built on purpose, value and trust. In my region my Manager has created an amazing workplace culture. It is one of honesty, integrity and laughter. There is so much support amongst my peers and I know I can count on them for anything. We learn from each other and become better in every respect as a result of that. The hardest part of my job is living in an economically depressed area but yet being required to achieve Sales goals that are not congruent with the demographics I have to choose from. Overall though I love TCB.
