Tenable has so many greats. Their female leaders are outstanding in general. The culture, the employees across the board, the benefits, the opportunities.

Naturally when a company goes public things are going to change but the negatives I see are not concerning that. They are strictly related to some observations and experiences I've had with the leadership teams.
There are mostly great leaders in Tenable, all across the globe. However, there are always going to be some that don't do things the 'Tenable' way.
Some of the EMEA leaders have been seen bullying team members and members of teams that are not their own. They've been witnessed being disrespectful to their peers and subordinates and never been pulled up on it. (that I know of)
I know for a fact that if this happened in other regions it wouldn't be tolerated but in some of the EMEA teams it's rife and is allowed to continue. As an employee, this is disappointing to see and far below what I would expect. There are several female leaders that are fantastic and I've seen them treated badly by their male peers which doesn't align with Tenable and how great they are at encouraging DEI.
You might wonder why I haven't reported it and have chosen to come here instead. It's because it's been reported before and those offenders continue to do it, so I've no faith in the system anymore. At least not in EMEA.
So if you are happy being looked down your nose at by your leadership and you are a man, then go for your life, you'll thrive. Otherwise, maybe apply for positions outside of this region.
