Still in a bit of a scramble from the Brookfield/Terraform purchase but improving quickly. The talent pool here is incredible, the best of the best. However the work/life balance was an issue - huge workload with limited staff. Be prepared to work average 62 - 70 hours per week during quarter/year end. The parent company, Brookfield, is very structured, but TerraForm was purchased out of bankruptcy a few years ago and still needs a lot of process controls put in place.
