Talend may have once had a great culture, but is now operating under a skeleton crew. Constant changes make it hard to effectuate changes and it's very start-uppy. Hard to believe that this company could ever scale. To be fair, they reward their critical top performers, and certain groups are good to work with.

I'm writing this review after spending an amazing 5 years at Talend! The company truly understands what the people want and incorporated good culture, learning & career enhancement and work life balance practices.
From having free subscriptions to health & wellness apps, ongoing brown bag sessions on wellness, yearly week-off, mindful work life balance initiatives and all on top of working in a dynamic & competitive product company environment. Couldn't ask more!
Change is a constant and that's one inevitable situation in this complex & ever changing world we live in and Talend is not excluded in that change and growth. So yes, the ship wobbles sometimes due to market situation, but in this 5 years I have seen Talend always bounce back stronger!

No patience for long term investment, very sensitive to immediate results. Leadership does not have in-depth domain knowledge and awful mid-management. Future is not promising unfortunately.
