Requires me to repair over and over. My tandem pump recognizes that its paired, the app doesn't have such a great memory. Practically useless. I have greatly impaired eyesight so this process is frustrating as hell.

After doing the initial install and getting the pump connected to the phone the app no longer opens. It will show the initial screen and will not get past that. I've reinstalled the app and even waited a few weeks between tries. I am using an LG V60. It did work in the past when it first came out. It worked for about the first week or two.

Keeps asking to pair already paired pump and repeatedly crashes on S20 Android 11. Garbage app should be an embarrassment to billion dollar company like tandem.

Been using for a while long time and really like it and all the information it provides, but for first time today it would not load and would freeze phone on tandem open screen. Restart phone same install reinstall get to pairing screen pairs will sync information then shut down reopen and it wants to reconnect installing the 16 digit pairing code perform and same thing never ending cycle. Nothing new to phone no new updates so I'm gonna remove wait couple days and reinstall see what happens.

Very frustrating. Love the pump but the app takes 2.5-3.5 gigs of data every month. I talked with tech support and they know of the problem and the only thing they could recommend is turn data off/allow app to only update on WiFi. The problem is there is no settings that allow you to only update on WiFi! It's a simple app and this has been happening for several months now. I wouldn't mind if Tandem helped pay for se of my data! Come on support, fix this, it should not take several months to fix!

It is always "refreshing" and most of the time is will not display my pump data. If I unpair the Bluetooth and pair it again the Bluetooth will pair ok, but if I try to sync it with my pump data it fails and I have to pair it again. It hasn't worked much recently

Useful to see the numbers, but nothing I can't get from the Dexcom app. It also somehow used over TWO GIGS of data in less than a month, which is insane. Edit: due to Covid, we truly haven't been going anywhere. I've been on my home network save for a trip to the grocery store and a trip to the doctor, both of which were less than two hours each. No way should those trips account for such a large use of data when off of my home wifi network.
