Toxic work environment, poor communication, little respect for employees, poor progression. Avoid.

Decent team ethic. Most members helpful and pleasant. Not difficult commute depending on your location. Fine as first job out of college. Wide range of beginner level experiences.

Poor communication. Poor quality management system. Unreliable upper and middle management. Management demands respect without earning it. Bullying by members of management a reoccurring issue. Benefits being stripped back year after year. Very little progression or openness to change. Expectation to work extra hours to cover mistakes of management. Company seems to be constantly teetering on the edge of collapse. Increases in responsibilities are common, but wage increases very rare and often subject to favouritism.

Show respect and care towards your employees, middle management needs to learn to take a step back from micro managing and work on the big picture. Move away from the 20th century work model and keep up with industrial trends. More thought and planning needs to be put in before removing entire departments of people who have worked there for decades.
