Good place to work. Culture is good. Management, except for the CEO is good. Great technology but need cash to move things a long. A lot of improvements have been made but investment is needed to make more.

Worked hard, but I was "downsized" anyway
|
New manager came in and replaced current employees with "Yes-Men" employees from the managers previous companies. Appeared to be a progressive person listening to peoples ideas but in the end the managers attitude was "My way or the highway"

the amount of exodus is demoralizing
|
This organization cant seem to keep any talent for long. High turnover ratio from poor management, planning and budgeting. Slow pace for anyone who just needs a job and paycheck. Collectively leads to being under staffed and become desperate to hiring almost anyone without much experience or promoting people just to incentivize them to stay. Although, the culture is decent to moderate but less as of late. If you are very motivated this isnt the place for you and you'll get bored fast. Processes is highly flawed and dont get much attention or any urgency to improve.

T2 Biosystems is a good place to work if you are looking to just gain experience. Unfortunately, they do not take care of their lower hard working employees. The slackers get away with a lot while you have others working twice as hard to pick up their slack.

I was tasked to perform a comprehensive audit ahead of FDA visits. Company is going through a transition and still trying to understand the value in the quality systems. New executive management making changes to the staff. Not a good situation for employees right now. Most likely the company is focusing on driving value for the stock more than setting up the quality foundation the processes need.

Good, solid device, low risk IVDD

Too many opportunities for a future FDA audit to slam the company for noncompliance.

Overall, the company wants to do good and make a change in the right direction. There are just some bumps along the way and learning curves. Upper management seems to be going back and forth in their decisions. regular employees work can go unnoticed. There is flexibility, benefits are good, 3 weeks standard vacation time and they try and do quarterly events/small things to keep the culture going. I think right now its the company is at a speed bump, but working its way through it.
