Good for quick money,but you will be too exhausted to search for employment elsewhere.Poor work life balance,ok money not great, uneducated direct management that can use soft skills, people call to cancel and if you don't get them to continue it goes against your metrics.I think they can make or break you giving certain people the calls that are from certain numbers after promotional ads running,can't prove it but in my opinion it was quite odd that certain people always got the calls for people interested in the big package..repeat sales ECT... DO NOT BOTHER,FIND A JOB WITH A FUTURE.They use you and drop you when diet season ends.

We were a team, everyone was helpful, it was a constant learning experience.

About 80-100 calls from customers needing help with meal selctions,placing orders, tracking shipments, sending replacements of lost/damaged items

I worked in this call center ! and the pay is too low to take 70+ calls a day speaking with very rude customers and clients they’ll have you take call after call you get burned out

What I learned from Nutrisystem was they are a company that does not respect it's employees, mentor them or take the time to listen to its employees. If the idea does not belong to CEO or VP's it's not worth pitching.
