The leadership at Travelzoo focuses on trying to keep you engaged and happy to avoid turnover but few managers know how to fully develop talent. It is a creative company but a bit set in its old ways of functioning. People are very open to helping everyone out and there is little sense of entitlement. I was employed through Randstad and hired at Travelzoo as a testbooker. Everyone there is really chill and nice. They often have office lunches and sweets brought in by the company. There are also daily healthy bites like fruit and nuts in the kitchen area, along with a Keurig machine for coffee and tea. Overall very relaxed and laidback, but productive environment.
