No bonus, low pay, no salary adjustments with inflation or cost of living, annual raise max 3% if you are one of the favorites. Raises don't even cover the increase in the expensive medical coverage. All branches are short staffed in the Charleston Market. No rewards or kudos for top performers. Region is to big for one Regional Manager to handle. No brand recognition so you must be a business development officer out in the community. No Assistant Managers so you have to juggle coaching your team, covering lunches and being out of branch getting new business all at the same time. There's nothing fair in how you are treated. Takes forever to find employees with the pay so low and you have pretty much recruit someone without experience and onboard them yourself. The training is virtual and tough for someone without previous banking.

Please fix the biased annual terrible 2% raises. The bullying of your not worthy enough needs to stop! You can't go to HR because Head of HR is also over Retail (conflict of interest)
Stop braging about profit gains if your employees are loyal and poor with no work life balance. Expanding big fancy offices in Charlotte and WV is a slap in the face. The offices in SC need to be upgraded/branded.
