Leadership sits at the top and barks orders to everyone below them. You'll notice quickly who's the teacher's pet and quite cringey to watch. Processes are constantly being changed, which is normal, but in this case, absolutely pointless when trying to track success. Basically creating more work about work. They follow the, "if you're not first, you're last" motto followed by the chopping block - no if's, and's, or but's. They praise culture but it is extremely cliquey when you're in the office. Majority are not welcoming and lack collaboration yet they praise culture.
