Absolutely nothing. The facilities are like a prison - run down. The bathrooms and kitchen spells like sewage. IT is kept in a dungeon away from the rest of the organization.

Pay is decent for the area

This company took away 2 pto days from all employees with no notice and then lied to them about it being permanent. They have discriminatory hiring and promoting practices. Insurance is ran through their own company “cheeokee” which is difficult to use. The pay stubs don’t show how much federal or state withholding you have year to date, and if you have to update your w4 you might be sending an email to update for months before ever getting a response. They don’t check their managers to ensure they are providing a decent or safe environment and only work towards improvement if there is threat of unionization or an osha complaint.

Home every night, make $28 per hr and management leaves you alone as long as you’re not screwing up. Good benefits. They have shuttle runs or road runs. Road runs go to Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana. For a truck driver, it’s the easiest job you’ll find.

Trucks are starting to get old. Sometimes gotta wait 45 mins to get a truck cause the mechanics aren’t fixing them fast enough. Than the fidelity 401k kinda sucks. The union wouldn’t even consider bargaining for a pension. The union does bare minimum unless your someone that should be fired. The document app on our tablets are slow which gets annoying and that’s if they are working.
