No growth. Was hired as operations manager then the company changed job titles. Now because I no long manage I am "over paid". They didn't think those of us that were ops would stay. So grand total of a 500.00 raise for the year and was told I was " lucky" to get that.

ALOT of work for little pay. Be careful when promised a raise, as you will be smacked in the face later as your "raise" will be less than 3%... highest raise earned was 25 cents. UMB will also promise things and will not follow through while continuing to spend money but pay employees low.
