The day-to-day work is ran by incredibly hard-working people in office and in the field that are given far less respect than they deserve.

Management will constantly surprise you with changes that hurt your ability to work and shuffle you into new positions without so much as a conversation of why, when, or what you'll be doing. All while expecting you to keep up with the endless amount of work coming in each day.
Management also does not care if your mental health takes a nosedive because of this and will pretend their decisions aren't responsible for it, You will put a target on your back for speaking up about struggling to cope with the work and changes.
