Having incompetent and immature managers makes it not a fun place to work. They micromanage you. The store always has to be perfect and up to “anthro standard” which is annoying. You have to make yourself look busy all the time which is pathetic since many times it’s not busy. Lots of employees so finding covers was easy. Can be a fun place to work with good people. Great discount. Gets super busy at times, which can be stressful. Seems diverse but not really. Some customers can be a real challenge but that doesn't happen often. They take advantage of you and work you to the bone. They show no appreciation for their workers and expect you to go above and beyond. They hire store managers who can’t even keep their employees happy and keep the standard of the store in good standing. They really are the epitome of a hellish workplace. Bad management, bedbugs This is a great company. I personally love the brand which is why I applied. I was appalled at the environment, management, and supervisors, for the most part at the call center in Augusta. This place is a free for all craphole. I love, love, love, this brand, and expected more. The job in itself was great I loved the customers and shopping with them, and answering questions, but the work environment should be better for this brand. This job ruined my love for the brand. Bedbugs in the call center.
