Take a good look into who you truly are as a company. At first glance the company seems to run by the fundamentals beaten into every employee but after working there a few months you quickly learn it is not reality. Your managers focus on silencing staff that speak up and point out areas that need improvement. The only changes made come from people who do not do the actual work each day. You should really value the employees that have shown their capabilities and work to retain those people. You can keep staff that just marches in line each day but you are truly limiting your growth as a company. Attack the problem not the person and do what is right even when no one is looking.
