President changing destroyed this "family" company
|
This place was great until leadership changed hands. Was proud to be a part of the culture until the last year. No longer feels "family built, community strong" as management likes to shove down your throat. Just a bunch of puppets there now. Really quite sad. Used to be a great place to work for.

Friendly coworkers, cant say the same for management.
|
Coworkers while working there were great and made the job bearable! Management picked favorites, its all politics there (not talking government politics, I mean its who you know,not what you know, and favoritism is HUGE). They will pick rude employees over kind helpful ones anyway, if their family members are high up in the company (my own experience with my manager, whose father was high up in the mortgage department). 0/10 , wouldn't recommend.
