I interviewed early November 2023, and was offered a position with a start date in January 2024, which I accepted. Come January, the start date was pushed back to late January. Come late January the start date was pushed back indefinitely, but "must begin by end of Q1. By the end of March I contacted asking for ANY information about starting, met with absolutely nothing. This wasted 5 months of my career after being a recent college graduate.

Poor culture, regional managers are retaliatory, micromanaging, untrusting, self centered, HR is just as bad. They back the manager. This place is probably the most dysfunctional place I ever worked. Extremely high turnover. If you’re not a manager favorite then your time will be short. Lots of backstabbing.

backstabbing coworkers. Managers use colleagues to work against each other and undermine. Toxic/Hostile work environment. Total micromanagement. I was warned and didnt listen about joining this place. Sad that you cannot trust one person you work with. It really is not a team environment like they claim. you have no life as you will never be home. Travel 5-7 days a week and all hours of the day.
