Can make good wages but you really work for it. No where near enough respect given to the team from higher up even though there job depends on the team on site doing good work

Salary is brilliant but management is shockingly dysfunctional. There are goals that are constantly changing. In a nutshell: company is not run well. Very high turnover and many transformation initiatives.

Nice working environment but forest service impact on business negative
|
Very dependant on external forest service in terms of funding and licencing to start client jobs. Time lag on receiving licence after submitting forms anything between 6 months to 18 months, makes planning and budgeting for jobs nearly impossible and very frustrating. Because of above takes time getting paid for work and settling with contractors. Makes process harder getting contractors for jobs than it needs to be.
