Very few raises given. No raises given for 8yars. Very hot in the summer, there are few fans and no air conditioning. Water or Gatorade not provided. Lots if temporary workers that don't really want to work. The work hours are 0300 to 1500. USA Became lead man within 6 months Inventory, Load and unload trailers, Fill invoice, forklift driver, run the employees at night when supervisor was not available. Management was very helpful in my growth with the company. Worked side by side with many different people,and was able to adapt quickly when given more responsibility. The hardest part of my job was switching from night shift to mourning shift, and back again. I enjoyed all the experience that came along with the job, that made me the man that I am today.
