The people are some of the best I've met, I still keep in touch with many of them. This was very valuable.
You'll become very resilient to intense pressure, which carries over to any future jobs. Whatever fear you may have going in, you won't be afraid anymore when you leave.
You develop the ability to multitask with impressive accuracy and context switching is much less draining with this experience. Despite the downsides, I don't regret working here, and assuming that the cons continue to improve, I can recommend this position to anyone who feels up to the task.

There seems to be a habit of not hiring enough people for CoreOps, leading to a lot of long days, extra firefighting, and the wearing of many hats simultaneously. To say I was multitasking would be an understatement.
As such, the firefighting gets distributed to fewer people, leading to less time to automate things and write resilient scripts with better test coverage, and overall a lot more work than feels necessary. This seems to be improving a bit, but when I was there it was a bit tough on this front.
