- no transparency from upper management
- shady (hides quotas for entire quarters, fudges sales numbers, takes any opportunity not to pay employee IC bonuses)
- promotes off-label selling
- there's a reason the company is trading for less than its cash value; there is absolutely no faith in the CEO.

If you are the child of the CEO, it is wonderful.
|
Complete lack of basic commercial intelligence.
CFO is running sales team since May layoffs. The prescriptions have plummeted since then.
CFO does ride alongs and promotes off label.
The new “plan” is you get paid per NBRx, even though IQVIA says not to use it as your plan.
IQVIA and the CFO and leadership all know the partial NBRXs are garbage - but call on them because we said so.
Surprise, surprise, Fanapt scripts are dropping like a rock.
Car plan is a joke, you lose money doing your job.
They will hide the numbers so they don’t have to pay your bonus.
The layoffs were originally no severance and no healthcare, and they only changed it after the managers went to the CEO.
