Slightly stressful but great. Come in, assist my team and work together to make sure we get everybody their orders in timely fashion, clean up the store, then head home.

Nightmarish Experience in IT
|
Once Discovery came in everything was completely disorganized, zero care for the employee experience. Temps are promised full-time jobs that never materialize. Departments are reorganized into useless people piles. Resources are squandered and no accountability for actions or expenditures. Run by great filmmakers pretending to be business adults. Feeling of fear and lack of care pervasive across all departments at every level. Gatekeeping levels around shows absolutely insane.

HBO is definitely still the gold standard in television, but changes at the very top are felt -- Discovery brand feels like it's cheapened everything, but HBO is still the crown jewel of the brand.
