Culture is poor. The nepotism across the organization is disgusting. Leaders continue to hire friends. Layoffs are a quarterly part of business at WD. Your job is never secure. You are always just a number. There are little to no opportunities for growth. You will be worked to the bone and constantly given the work of multiple people.
